Exhibition: Skenderija – Part of the Historical Identity of the City of Sarajevo

The IUS Visual Arts and Visual Communications Design (VACD) study program is organizing an exhibition titled “Skenderija – Part of the Historical Identity of the City of Sarajevo.”

The exhibition features works created by IUS VACD students in collaboration with the Architecture (ARCH) study program at the IUS Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences (FENS). These pieces are dedicated to the preservation of Skenderija, an important cultural monument in Sarajevo. The students demonstrated a high level of critical thinking and strong motivation to preserve cultural heritage. Thirty works have been selected for the exhibition, and three will be awarded.

The artwork was created as part of the Graphic Design course taught by Associate Professor Branko Vekić, MFA.

The exhibition will be on display until October 1, 2025.
